Youth Events & downloads

Our Youth Leadership Team of youth leaders, students, parents, and staff gather together the last weekend of every July for a planning retreat where we pray, train, strategize, plan, etc. for the upcoming school year.  Part of the retreat is planning a year full of fun and meaningful events for our students (and their families, sometimes, too).  Below you'll find our standard forms linked for your convenience. When certain retreats draw closer, retreat-specific downloads such as to-bring lists and retreat center waivers will be added to this page.

For a glimpse into what our youth activities entail throughout the year, see the scrolling promotions below.  For more details about current upcoming events, please contact Daniel Parker.  We want every student to be able to attend whatever they'd like, so please don't let finances be the only reason you opt-out.  If you have a financial concern, be sure to see a member of the Youth Leadership Team first before opting out.
This form is good August-August of each year and needs to be notarized.
This form is for guests of our youth ministry's regular attenders. Should any guest desire to go on a significant out-of-town retreat, the full medical release form will be necessary.
Above is a sampling of all our 2022-2023 school year events and opportunities.

"You are young, but don’t let anyone treat you as if you are not important. Be an example to show the believers how they should live. Show them by what you say, by the way you live, by your love, by your faith, and by your pure life."   ~1 Timothy 4:12 (ERV)
