Main Street Kids is a worship and discipleship experience designed for children, birth through 5th grade. We have nursery available for Birth thru 3 years old. As for our other children, we all come together in our Main Street Kids area for announcements, fun and worship. From there, our students are dismissed to their small groups to dive deeper into the word of God. Currently, Main Street Kids operates using sermon series that are specifically designed for children! We come together as a whole body of believers to experience Gods word together. We sing worship songs, play games, study the word, and to grow as believers!

What can our parents do while their child attends Main Street Kids?  Good question!  We believe there should be spiritual growth opportunities for the whole family. So Parents, no worries, we haven't forgotten you! Our amazing church offers so many opportunities for you to grow as well! We have a couple of co-ed options (one specifically for parents!) along with a men's group and women's group.  Check out some options here.

Here at FBCK we take the safety of your children very seriously. All of our staff are background checked and highly qualified to work with children. Nursery is offered for Birth thru 3 years of age. Come join us for a Wednesday night full of worship, crafts, snack and more! 

At this time, Main Street Kids offers selected sermon series from High Voltage Kids Ministry! The message is presented as a whole group activity, and then taken even further as children are broken into small groups according to their ages!

We take our MSK kids safety seriously. All volunteers, staff, and adults involved are background checked and have a history of working with children. We are all dedicated and passionate to serving you and your family on your walk with Christ. Parents are required to fill out information forms and use our digital check in and check out system. Our children are all held in our MSK area until a Parent or Legal guardian picks them up.

This month, we are focusing all on Emotions! Emotions are powerful. Every day, we face situations that produce all sorts of emotions in our lives. From school to work to difficulties at home and even sickness - all of these situations can cause very powerful emotions to surface. Sometimes, those emotions can be overwhelming.
Each person has a choice to make: Will you rule your emotions? OR Will your emotions rule you?
The answer to those questions are not as easy as they seem. Children have to learn that their emotions are an essential part of their humanity, but they can easily cause us to over-react and cause difficulty in our lives. We can’t be ruled by our emotions. Emotions change....sometimes many times a day.
In this series, the children will learn through the experiences that David had while he was on the run from King Saul. He went through a whirlwind of emotions. Sometimes, David made wise choices in dealing with his emotions. Other times, he failed miserably. The children will learn from David’s successes and failures so that
they can learn to keep their EMOTIONS under GOD’S control.

We look forward to exploring emotions with our Main Street Kids, and learning all about how God understands us. We do this by playing games, worshipping, studying the word, and breaking out into small groups. Each week students bring home a devotion/take away to explore the lesson further at home with their family! Here is to growing in our faith, together!
